For Vendors

United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ) reserves the right to not accept any advertisements, products or services that do not support or are in conflict with the mission of USCJ.

For Registered Users 

Disclaimer of USCJ Liability:  As part of an ongoing benefit to our members, from time-to-time USCJ has made arrangements with a variety of vendors who have represented that they wish to offer to supply various goods, products and services to congregations and/or affiliates at reduced cost (and, in some instances, with elevated levels of service).  As an important reminder, USCJ is not a partner or joint venturer with any vendor, nor a guarantor of any vendor’s pricing or performance; makes no representations or warranties concerning the pricing or quality of goods, products and/or services purchased from any vendor; and shall have no liability whatsoever for any misrepresentation or act or omission of any vendor.  Accordingly, before purchasing goods, products or services from any vendor, it is important that each congregation or affiliate conduct its own due diligence, compare pricing, consult with its own professionals and consultants, and decide for itself whether dealing with the vendor is in the best interests of the congregation.
